AUM Continuing Merit Scholarship Application

Welcome to the 2023-2024 AUM Continuing Merit Scholarship Application. Currently enrolled AUM students who are in good standing must meet the following requirements by the March 1^st deadline in order to apply:

Undergraduate Students: must have completed a minimum of 12 hours of undergraduate with a minimum cumulative institutional GPA of a 2.5 or higer.
Graduate Students: must have completed a minimum of 6 hours of graduate coursework with a minimum cumulative institutional GPA of a 3.0 or higher.

By submitting this form, you will be considered for various scholarships including:

General university scholarships
Endowed scholarships
Need-based scholarships
Some Departmental awards (*Check with your academic department to see if they require a separate department scholarship application.)

This form will automatically submit information from your student file, including financial information, residency and citizenship, GPA, number of hours completed, and other pertinent data. Portions of this application are optional, but we encourage you to complete the form in full. To increase your selection probability, please have an updated FAFSA on record. If selected to receive a Continuing Merit Scholarship the scholarship will be for a full academic year (fall and spring semester), and will start in Fall 2023, and will require full time enrollment.

Student should receive notification of the results early summer semester.

*Continuing Merit Scholarships are competitive and limited in number. Students who have received a Continuing Merit Scholarship before are not guaranteed to receive one again based on prior years.

**Scholarships will be awarded to the most qualified candidates who apply by the deadline. Students will be notified of their scholarship decision by early summer semester.

**Please note that some schools/colleges and departments may require a separate scholarship application for specific scholarship awards. Be sure to check with your academic major to explore all scholarship opportunities.
